STILL working with Battle Cry so I am currently unsure of LA's future. Not sure there will be a new
album anytime soon, but I'm sure there will be eventually. New site being formatted currently due to open in September. It
will merge all three sites (My Personal Site, Battle Cry and LaconicAura) into one. Making it an easy "one-stop shop".
02-22-05:
I did start playing around with some new tracks for LA. However,
I've decided to hold off. There's too much I want to say, too much I want to do vocally. There will not be a new LaconicAura
album for 2005. Possibly in 2006 but we'll see. Will be working with Battle Cry stuff for at least another 9-10 months.

LaconicAura has been on hold since I have been working with
the third Battle Cry album. I don't think LA will be a one album deal. However, new instrumentation/equipment will be used
for a second LA album, which takes time. Until then, enjoy BC.
4-6-04:
Heads up to BC fans, new material coming. I couldn't just up
and leave Battle Cry after all the years and efforts. I have the feeling back. However, as I'm working on Battle Cry, there
may be some instrumentals that don't fit the format for it. So, there may be a second LaconicAura album in the distant future.
I've been thinking about doing some reworkings of a couple of the songs off Versatile. Those will appear on the site in mp3
format.

"Versatile" Released: I kindof have hopes of this album. Could
kinda get me out a lot more than in the past. In it's first day, 8 copies were handed out. That may not mean anything in the
likes of professional muscians, but my last two albums probably reached 8 people total. So, 8 in the first day, 8 is
really a big deal. 12 free copies will be handed out and then I may charge $8-10 after that. No decision on that though. But,
the album is out and for the first time in 3 years I came out with original material.

Release date for "Versatile" announced as December 17th. What's the
significance? I work that day. No really, that's how I picked it. lol. The album will be distributed by hand as always. If
a friend of mine, I probably already have your addy in which case you'll get a copy shortly. Anybody interested in getting

Yes, Versatile is on the way. Recording was completed today
which leaves only the mixing left. It'll be released within a couple weeks. I am a bit surprised at how fast this album went.
Most of the songs flowed really smoothly and it being a more "broken-down" version of Battle Cry, there were less parts. Get
your reservation today!! hehe. or don't I really don't care cuz I'm DONE RECORDING WOOO HOOO. . yeah
11-30-03:
After 2-3 weeks of recording, the LA album nears
completion with 7 very strong songs. The album will finalize with 9 songs or so. Tentaive release in December of 2003. Like
I said, before Christmas (wink). Next time, believe me. All the songs have very interesting feels to them and I'm really waiting
to see what the hell people will think of this. It's definately not my usual material. The album title is also set as "Versatile".
