Fairytale endings don’t really exist
Changes and walls I couldn’t resist
Day after day struggle to survive
Enjoying the scent of being alive
Gentle and peaceful yet sharp to the touch
Caring as I am it isn’t enough
For mankind a simple tiny slice
No regrets as I’ve smelled this twice
